Wood-fueled planetary rotisseries are ideal to give roast meat the classic, unmistakeable barbecue aroma. Elangrill Camino wood and charcoal rostisseries units are equipped with the Grill Plus system: this allows the discs to be locked and only the rods to rotate, so that they remain close to the heat source and cook certain products more quickly with considerable energy savings. Models are available ranging from 16 to 126 chicken per hour capacity, to allow for size matching to actual customer needs.
